Online Lessons
Your leaders will access online lessons - spending no more than 2 hours a week in "class".
They'll get practical "homework" to apply on the job, so you'll see them making progress week by week.
1:1 Coaching
Throughout the program, your leaders will meet 1:1 with a Leadership coach and an Executive coach.
Coaches will guide them in choosing appropriate goals, help them overcome obstacles, and ensure that they maintain a growth mindset.
Workshops
Your leaders will have the opportunity to meet with other leaders and our team of coaches for our weekly Workshop.
This online session offer added live support and let participants to connect with peers who are working through the same challenges they are.

I spent 20+ years in corporate America, serving at the highest levels in organizations of all shapes and sizes from bootstrapped startups to multi-billion dollar publicly-traded companies. I've spoken in front of thousands and shared the stage with successful founders and inspiring entrepreneurs.
